"Good price, as far as I remember"
I don’t remember every little detail of booking, but I do remember the tickets were cheaper than the other sites I checked. Everything went smoothly enough, so no real complaints from me

"Booking was fine, but I felt a little unsure"
Booking was easy overall, but the checkout part confused me a bit. I kept double-checking everything because I was worried I might be missing something or getting fooled by some extra charge. It worked out okay, but I wish it felt a little clearer.

"Easy booking, but the timing felt off"
Booking the tour was simple, so I’ll give them that. The guide seemed like he was trying his best too, which I appreciated. But the whole thing felt a bit poorly timed. We spent a lot of time just waiting around, and then somehow ended up feeling rushed when we got to the main stops. It wasn’t awful, and maybe it just wasn’t our day, but I left feeling more frustrated than impressed.

"Tickets “didn’t work” at the gate"
I bought tickets for a city tour, but when we got to the entrance, the scanner said they were “not valid.” The staff there couldn’t really do anything to help, and tours-tickets.com took forever to get back to us. In the end, we had to buy new tickets at the desk, which was really frustrating. Definitely not a “reliable” experience...

"Just felt clunky to use"
I don’t know, the site just didn’t feel very intuitive to me. I kept getting tripped up by the menus, and my gut feeling was that things weren’t laid out in a way that made much sense. It got annoying quickly

"Confusing communication, but it worked out"
I booked through Tours & Tickets and had mixed feelings about the whole process. The booking itself was fine, but the messages after that were really unclear. Some emails were missing details, and the meeting point wasn’t explained well at all. I ended up asking twice and still got replies that felt vague. It all worked out in the end, but it made things way more stressful than they needed to be.

"Didn’t exactly inspire confidence"
I looked around this site for tickets, but it didn’t give me the most trustworthy vibe. There wasn’t much clear information, and I couldn’t really tell who I was actually buying from, which is always super comforting, obviously. Maybe other people have had a perfectly fine experience, but for me, it felt a little too sketchy to risk it. I’ll probably just stick with a more well-known site next time...

I did get my tickets eventually, but they took longer to arrive than I was expecting. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just wish they’d sent them earlier so I wasn’t sitting there stressing

"Loved the Surprise Fees at Checkout"
Everything looked fine until I got to checkout and the price magically jumped. Always fun to find out the real cost at the very last second. Not exactly a great experience.

I had to cancel my tour last minute, and the refund took a few days to come through, but Support got it sorted without too much hassle. overall, fair experience

"I managed to get in in the end..."
I managed to get in in the end, but it took me a bit longer than I expected because the entry process wasn’t super clear and I had to pause, look around, double-check what I was supposed to do, and figure it out as I went, so it was okay overall but definitely a little confusing

"Booking the tour was easy enough..."
Booking the tour was easy enough, no issues there. But when I had a question, it took forever to get a response — which, is the last thing you want when the tour time is coming up. They finally replied when it was basically almost too late to matter. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just really frustrating.

"Dates looked open, but weren't"
I chose my dates because the site showed they were available, and I thought everything was set, well, I did until after I paid and then got told those dates wouldn’t work. Super frustrating because I had already planned my day around it and suddenly had to start searching again at the last minute.
If the dates aren’t actually available, they really shouldn’t show up as options. It felt like a waste of time and made the whole booking process way more stressful than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t use it again

"The guide was nice enough, but it felt..."
The guide was nice enough, but it felt like they were just trying to get the whole thing over with. We barely had time to enjoy anything or ask questions, and that really ruined the experience for me. If I’m paying for a guided tour, I expect the guide to actually slow down and make it worthwhile.
